Will my price go up?

Prices adjust annually with UK CPI inflation to keep pace with operating costs. The good news: your cohort rate is locked in as your baseline, so earlier joiners always pay less than those who join later.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We make it easy to export all your data before you go. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. Your data is always yours.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We maintain complete audit trails and never share your data with third parties.

How does the Founding 5 rate work?

The first 5 estates to join Residents Circle get our founding rate of £2/unit/month as their baseline. One founding spot has been claimed — 4 remain. Like all pricing, this adjusts annually with UK CPI inflation — but founding members always pay less than later joiners. Once all 5 spots are taken, new estates join at the current year's rate.
